The Taste of Tulalip is back with two days of fine wine and food, November 11 and 12. Tulalip’s executive chef Perry Mascitti and Sommelier Tommy Thompson have pulled together food and wine experiences for guests to enjoy throughout the two-day extravaganza.
Start the weekend on Friday night with a Tasting Reception followed by a Celebration Dinner and Private VIP After Party at the resort’s Oasis Pool (hosted by Sbrocco).
Saturday’s festivities revolve around sipping, savoring and learning more about wine and food with tasting seminars, demonstrations and chef-to-chef challenges and the pinnacle, the Taste of Tulalip Grand Tasting.
Highlights you won’t want to miss:
Friday’s VIP After Party – Following the Celebration Dinner (featuring a six-course, wine paired meal), dance the night away with celebrity emcee Leslie Sbrocco.
Saturday’s VIP Seminar with Carla Hall – Featuring the former Top Chef contestant and co-host of the ABC show The Chew, Hall will wow the audience with her cooking demonstrations and a Q&A session with Tulalip Resort Casino Executive Chef Perry Mascitti and Sommelier Tommy Thompson.
The Grand Tasting – Enjoy wines from more than 100 wineries from California, Italy and of course Washington (65 to be exact). Pouring rare, library and some new releases, the wines served will be expertly paired with bites from the Tulalip culinary team. All wines served will also be available for purchase at Taste of Tulalip Retail Shop.
Kathy Casey’s Magnum Party – Party with Seattle’s premier hostess with the mostest at a larger than life party with nibbles from Casey paired with luscious wines.
