Rover’s Celebrates 24 Years

Chef Thierry Rautureau, "The Chef in the Hat"

Table Talk Radio’s resident chef and co-host, Thierry Rautureau (“The Chef in the Hat”), is celebrating 24 years at Rover’s, his Madison Valley eatery, September 24 with a special dinner. The essential Seattle eatery, will present a 24-taste menu with new and innovative dishes from the Rover’s Kitchen (see below for menu and wine pairings).

Rover’s menu is best described as the Pacific Northwest cuisine with a French accent. Chef Thierry Rautureau is also passionate about sourcing ingredients that are local, sustainable, organic and seasonal.

Seared Foie Gras, Pear-Harissa Salad/Foie Gras Mousse, Blackberry Gelée/Riesling Poached Foie Gras, Grape Extract
